Pianist:
Eh? The person pictured is a pianist? Where's the evidence? (or is there some subtle joke here?). Apart from any other considerations, who in his/her right mind would practise the piano while wearing gloves of any kind?

I cannot help but conjecture that your post above has somehow contrived to escape from your "Project" thread about exercise and the like, for reasons that similarly escape me...

I don't remember anyone nominating Khatia Buniatishvili?

I think she made the following video in response to this thread.

Beethoven - Sonata in C sharp minor, Op 27 No 12
Chopin - Fantasie Impromptu, Nocturn in C sharp minor, Op post
Brahms - Op 118, Nos 2 & 3

Oh dear - for all that I have (not) said about whoever she may be, I think that I prefer the previous one, given what I've heard of Ms Buniabashvili at the piano so far...

Sorry.

This is one of the most inane threads I've ever read, but it does prove a point I've made for quite some time now regarding ability vs. looks.  These days one doesn't have to truly be able to play very well.  If the marketing is there and a stylist can do a little something with your face, then you're on your way.  I always find myself laughing at those who claim "it's not about her/his looks", or, "gosh, I didn't even notice that she was beautiful".  Please.  The only reason you bothered was because of his/her looks...just admit it.

All the contrary, John, my dream man has dark eys and hair (a lot of hair, possibly curled), and dark complession, too.  Never liked the ephebic type...

if we're doing skirts and boots i'd vote for elisa tomellini, this piece is beastly hard in spots (i have the score and followed along with her performance, it's not bad for such a 'notey' piece).

C'mon Enrique, why only female pianists? Your next 'mission impossible': find a pianist as sexy as Javier  Bartem or  Benicio del Toro (my favourite male actors at the moment)....

C'mon Enrique, why only female pianists?...

several reasons but the main one is just a numbers game. way more pretty girls in the pool it seems.  not hating on the dudes but even if i were to search, i just don't have a very well tuned 'guy-dar' i just see a dude, hard for me to distinguish good looking vs no so good looking dude. probably some type ofvision problem similar to color blindness maybe, i'm maleblind perhaps?....

probably counts as decent looking enough i suppose.
Bertrand Chamayou

to say he's alright in the piano dept. though, that would be a gross mis/understatement. his playing here is mindblowing.

;D ;D ;D ;D 'maleblindness' is not bad!!!!! Anyway, you are right: good-looking females are much much more than good looking males. And this sadly true in the  piano playing field....
So far, I've found the most attractive male pianists...here in PS!!!!!!

m1469 has yet to explain her reason for #450 in which a woman who (as far as I know) is not a pianist is portrayed as though she is one; it would surely have made more sense had she instead posted a photo of herself there...

Perhaps again, but since I have no idea why you did post that photograph as though the woman concerned was a pianist, I don't really see the point of that or what you might expect from it, frankly! (but then one of those "somebody else"s might do, so let's wait and see)...
