Homophony differences.

What is the difference between (homophony) and  (melody with accompaniment)?
Is (homonphony structure) part of melody and accompaniment?

I suppose you could say melody with accompaniment is more melodic.  You could have a dull 'line' (but not a melody) with chords that's homophonic.
