I heard some of his spectacular piano roll recordings, especially do do do and sweet and lowdown. I'm wondering if you know where I can get my hands on the scores or if anyone has written the notes down yet.

There are two volumes (one piano rolls, one recordings) done by Artis Wodehouse. Sweet and Lowdown is in both of them, Do Do Do in neither.
