When I, at the tender age of negative 1, attempt to play the Bach Minuet in D-flat in front of the renowned pianist and professor Dr. Fay King, and she disses me: "A terrible artist; it's too bad you can't get plastic surgery on your piano playing."

The goal is to do as many shots as possible. Hence, we're naming musical stereotypes in order to do as many hypothetical shots as possible.

Oh, OK, I get it now. *face flushes

Here's another quote about me from the even-more-renowned pianist Dr. Klara Andbroms (pronounced CLA-RA AND BRAHMS): "5 stars in the culinary arts, no star in music."

Person A says song instead of piece.

Person B says "IT'S A PIECE NOT A SONG."

Person C calls B pretentious.

With that and the Chopin etudes one, we'll all be dead in a week or so.
Take a shot when someone asks you to play "Heart and Soul" with them.
EDIT: Never mind, that's the first post of the thread.

When somebody plays Clair de Lune with so much Rubato that you can't even tell what the original rhythm is.

This happens so often.. You'd never know it was in 9/8.
Take a shot every time the singer you accompany goes off time.

(free accompanying joke)
A pianist and singer are rehearsing "Autumn Leaves" for a concert and the pianist says:
"OK. We will start in G minor and then on the third bar, modulate to B major and go into 5/4. When you get to the bridge, modulate back down to F# minor and alternate a 4/4 bar with a 7/4 bar. On the last A section go into double time and slowly modulate back to G minor."
The singer says: "Wow, I don't think I can remember all of that."
The pianist says: "Well, that's what you did last time."

I was in a Minneapolis piano store and I heard someone in the rehearsal room playing Wilde Jagd. Sounded damn good until they started messing up over and over again.
