Name of This Chord type

Please tell me what is the name of a chord that is constructed with harmony notes from one chord and melody notes from a different chord.

are you talking about polychords?Like A major triad in left hand and B major triad in right hand?I suggest you do a google > polychords,a lot of articles about it
