Title: glissandos

I was just wondering, when playing a glissando is it better to play up to the designated note and just stop or play up to it and press the last note?

well it depends.....sometimes the note is important and sometimes it isn't.....im not exactly sure how you would be able to tell what to do from looking at the score though...

Its the two in Prokofiev's Diabolic Suggestions. Its really been bugging me.
