G. Schirmer has a good score of it, with cadenzas by August Winding.

sheet music plus perhaps?  (www.sheetmusicplus.com)
amazon.com? idk if they do sheet music

Also published under Dover Publications; C.F. Peters; Breitkopf & Härtel

good luck

If it's in your price range, try and go for a Henle edition. Generally, I'd avoid Schirmer, but I'd have to see who the editor is for this. If it's gonna be a collection of Mozart concerti, and the book is thick, I'd definitely stay away from Schirmer. It won't stay open and you'll break the binding trying to make it.

The Schirmer I'm talking about is edited by Hans Bischoff

Also, it's just the No. 21 concerto, and only 55 pages -- no problems with binding there!
And listed at $7.95, that shouldn't be a price issue.
