Title: Steel muscles in forearms
Post by: Bob on October 27, 2005, 01:17:50 AM
(Yes, I remember now.  I did ask this before.  "Muscles" now, not "tendons."  Back again.  New thread, new people.  Let's see where it goes.)

I'm concerned about practicing and getting what seems like "tight" muscles in my forearms.

Anyone know the cause?  (Practicing!  Duh...)

Anyone know how to prevent it or "manage" it?

Thanks,
Bob

And aches in the joints.

And I feel it on the tips of my fingers everytime I hit each key.

Aches and pains....  But today I don't think they are bad.  Deceiving -- the same feeling.  Sometimes good, sometimes bad.  How do I know the difference?

And necessary.

You know the difference if it's more than you've done before.  If it's pushing the edge.

You know the difference if the aches and pain continue.

You know the difference if the ache is deep.  In this case, it's mostly shallow.
