Title: wOo
Post by: pianistimo on December 17, 2005, 03:18:33 AM
if any of you are like me, you would be confused as to what wOo stands for.  i found out recently (this semester) that it stands for Beethoven's 'works without opus.'  he wrote many songs when he was younger and before they were catalogued - that's what they were.  any more trivia?

thanks!  i knew there was some good reason.  this is why you must have all your facts before you start teaching a student similar to thalbergmad (but younger) - they ask these really difficult questions when you thought you already had the answer.

scary.  ok.  if you don't know the answer to your students questions, at least don't look like this.  hmmm.  or, maybe, do look like this.  a little humor in the lesson.
