Hello people.
This is my very first recording.
I am using a Casio PX-110 Digital Piano.
I just plugged it to the computer and played this piece. I am working on it yet, so it's full of inaccuracies. Any comments or suggestions are welcome, tomatoes are welcome too.
I hope to post a more polished performance, I love this sonata ;D
Greetings...

I thought you did a good job on this piece. Work on playing the notes evenly and and together, as well as with the same tone for each note. Slow practice is good for this.
This may be more difficult with a digital keyboard (even if it has a 'piano action') than an actual piano though.
Overall though, it was enjoyable to listen to.
Cheers

I agree with allthumbs ;D
Anyway, I loved listening to it. It is one of my favourite scarlatti sonatas :)
Best wishes,

Hi,
Its a lovely sonata but ofcourse no digital piano is going to truly capture the beauty of this sonata. Anyway I would say its a nice attempt to play this cant really comment on any of your playing or expression or color because of lack of control on a digital piano. But incase you want to improve upon your playing you might want to listen to Vladimir Horowitz's recording of this.

Thank you all!
I have played this piece in a "real" piano and it's very different. It's amazing the atmosphere that can be created in a piano, no way it can be simulated with a digital piano, doesn't matter it has the weighted keys or whatever, it will never be the same.

No doubt, it's very difficult.
Anyways, I have to work more and harder with this sonata.
Thank you all again!

Thank you! That's the tempo I prefer, allowing to highlight the beauty of the music. Thanks for avoiding void exhibitions of virtuosism, which this piece tempts to others with.
Only continue polishing the double notes up, as suggested. Very well done so far!

Thanks Rafant! :)
I have heard several versions of this sonata. I think Michelangeli's is amazing but I feel that tempo is too fast, some others play it too slow for me. I tried to get the tempo at which I can feel the music. I am glad you agreed with it!
I am trying to play it more accurately, hope to post again soon.
Greetings.
Nicolas.

a) It must be a "boiling blood" sonata; a little of rubato is not bad.
b) More legatos in the bass (basically the first page).
c) See the crossing hand parts of this sonata as a monologue of the only left hand; therefore, the bass is not an accompaniment; the accompaniment is at the middle register (that should be played piano).
d) Some isolated treble notes are to dry for my taste. A little of pedal, maybe?
