Title: Quick question
Post by: netzow on September 15, 2006, 11:59:53 PM
I am playing the nocturne in G minor Op. 15/3 by chopin. On the second page fourth line down (in my Edition anyway) there are a couple of F's with x's in front of them. My teacher think's that would be the same thing as a double sharp but I was hoping someone could confirm that or deny that for me. Thanks!

Yes, that are double sharps. You have to play them on the same key as g.
