Title: What is this piece?

I think it's by Barber, but unfortunately I've lost the programme notes so I can't find out for sure. I swear I remember Josh Hillmann posting a video recording somewhere, but I can't find it.

Credit goes to pianist Mark Viner who gave a recital here at my house earlier on this year.

Btw, I have learnt part of it by ear and it's done wonders for my octave technique. It's finally 'clicked' for my LH, but my RH still needs to learn to relax and not conflict the muscle movements.

It's the Allegro Barbero by Alkan  ::)  a-dur!

And it was Jack Gibbons I found playing it, not Josh Hillmann! A-dur x2!! Tis here if you guys wanna see it:
