Sonatas are excluded, as are movements from works that must be played together, parts of works that are allowed to be played seperately - ie preludes or etudes from a set, are included.
The basic rule is that they should be programmable seperately :P
Dohnanyi Etude in Bb minor
Scriabin Etude 8/12
Scriabin Prelude in E major (huge arpeggio one)
Chopin Etude op10no4,
25/12
Godowsky 25/11
Chopin prelude no8
Glinka -Balakirev - The Lark
Alkan - Increpatio (esquisse 10)
Alkan - Musique Militaire (esquisse 35)
These are what sprung to mind, there are so many more.
Yours? :-*

In no particular order of preference, and off the top of my head, so I may have missed something:
Alkan Allegro barbaro
Alkan Les Diablotins (Esquisse no 45)
Alkan etude op 39 no 7 (if I'm allowed this under the quoted rules.. and if not I guess I will replace it with Volodos Rondo alla turca..)
Cziffra Flight of the Bumblebee
Cziffra arrangement of Khatchaturian Sabre Dance
Henselt Si oiseau j'etais
Liapunov Ronde des sylphes (!)
Liszt Reminiscences of Lucia di Lammermoor
Liszt Le rossignol
Liszt Grand Galop Chromatique (but only if played by Cziffra, others are pale in comparison)
