I'm collecting left hand and right hand pieces. I'm fascinated by them.
I have the obvious - Saint-Saens, Moszkowski, most Godowsky, the Ravel and Prokofiev concertos, among others.
For score collectors( thal etc.) - what rarer pieces do you have in your collection?
I'm especially interested in the transcriptions by Zichy, Meinders, among others.

I have tons and tons of left hand alone and even a few right hand alone pieces. I won't bother naming the lefty pieces because there are just too many. For the right hand pieces, I have a Czerny etude (for either hand), the obvious one by Alkan, Bowen's Caprice for the right hand alone (from the Curiosity Suite), and Rorem's right hand alone etude and Piano Concerto in Six Movements (both copyrighted). Those are just some things I know off the top of my head (maybe I have more). I'm sure Thal has much, much more. I, too, am fascinated by these pieces and am continually on the hunt for them, especially concertos and right hand alone pieces.

Bowen's Caprice for the right hand alone (from the Curiosity Suite), and Rorem's right hand alone etude and Piano Concerto in Six Movements (both copyrighted).
Koji mentioned the Bowen ages ago, sounds interesting.
Are the Rorem tonal? sounds interesting too.
Thal, I think I'll already have a few of those, but most of them would be great to add to my collexx.
How organised is your collection? Would it be a difficult proposition to make a huge zip/rar file? ;D

It would take me a while old chap as i would have to edit out the dodgy ones.

I have never heard the Bowen, but the whole suite looks interesting. And no, the Rorem Etudes and Concerto in Six Movements aren't tonal (mostly), but they do have parts that can be tonal-ish and lyrical. They're very interesting pieces.
Here is the Bowen.

Thanks , retro.
Thal, dodgy ones?
Ones you are unable to post here?
-
He meant the ones that are under copyright. THat is the reason why I did not post the Rorem pieces. Oh, and speaking of him, he also has a concerto for the left hand that you may want to look at.
Also, look at Leon Fleischer's disks of left hand repertoire. He plays numerous solo works and chamber works by Korngold and Schmitt. Thal has most of the ones on the solo disk. I would post the Korngold but I am not sure if he is under copyright or not.
EDIT: Just checked on the Korngold Suite for Left Hand Piano and Strings. It is under copyright.

I have Hamelin's Korngold rec, sounds wkd.
Copyright is a pregnant dog, da SDC laughs in the face of it.

Hamelin's Korngold rec is of the Concerto for the Left Hand, which I sadly do not have in complete form (just a few pages).
And I heartily agree with the copyright remark. I laugh in the face of it as well, but I also follow the rules at this forum.

One may presume that you're not a composer, then...
Best,

The comments in these pieces are hilarious! ;)

Should I be more specific?
It's difficult to know which are good and which aren't, most of the repertoire hasn't been recorded :(
