Title: Richter biographies

Greetings all...
I have been wondering for years.. is there a decent biography of richter somewhere out there? I heard several years ago that someone was nearly finished writing one, but heard nothing since.
Im sure there'd be loads of juicy stuff in it.. so please tell me if you know!
