"On his deathbed, the famous composer, Chopin, drifts between this life and the next. In his final hours, he experiences a fantastical dream where he encounters a young girl facing a terrible destiny and the boy who will fight to save her. On the border between dreams and reality, Chopin discovers the light that shines in all of us in this enduring tale of good and evil, love and betrayal.
Developed by Tri-Crescendo and featuring the music of Chopin, Eternal Sonata™ delivers amazingly detailed 3-D graphics, a captivating storyline and an innovative action battle system."

Well s/he plays partly triplets instead of dotted eighths and sixteenths in the right hand, in the main theme.

I see, you're not Hundertwasser, you're a serious articheckt :D
But I like Hundertwasser's houses better than the houses of serious architects.
Btw, didn't he have a boat named "Regentag"?

that looks awesome. it makes me want to get an XBOX 360. I listened to the sound clips on the game's website...the way that guy plays the revolutionary etude I thought was really original and expressive.

sure I am a serious artichoke.

Here are two pictures of a Hundertwasser building, in the second one I tried to do what Hundertwasser wouldn't have done. I think the aforementioned pianist does something llike this to the raindrop prelude ;D

I don't know. But that was one of the additional names he gave to himself.

I couldn't find the difference :-[
This is how a typical Hundertwasserhaus looks:

Stanislav Bunin. I have heard of him. Anyway I just wanted to point out that this rhythm is wrong in my book. I don't claim he's a bad pianist though, mind you.

Stockhausen. It would make Silent Hill look like Sesame Street 360.

This game recently came out for PS3. I´m playing it and despite that the plot is a bit tame it´s a really cute game. I just made it out of Fort Fermata into Hanon Hills on my quest to find the evil Count Forte ;D
There´s alot of music references (Chopin first special attack is called "Piú Grave" :)) which is fun, but also some straight "facts" for pedagogical purposes about Chopin's life and his most famous compositions which each chapter in the game evolves around. First chapter is called "Raindrop" and the 2nd "Revolution"
During the game you also acquire score pieces which you get to play with others and if you play well you´ll be granted a reward.
Unless you think Chopin and his art is too holy to be made into something trivial as a computer game I guess you don´t want to play this, and I don´t think any Europeans would ever come up with the idea of making a game of Chopin on his deathbed. Nonetheless, I find it very charming and a great way to get the music across to young people and those that are not as informed about Chopin's music as most users on this forum.

Yup, I like this game!! ;D Well, in fact... I dun really hear the music details... Just play the game and enjoy it...
