Title: How do you push yourself without going nuts?
Post by: Bob on March 11, 2008, 01:30:29 AM
Serious question.

You push.  It's stressful.  Do that over and over again.  You get more efficient real quick.

But how do you do that, keep that intensity up, without actually getting warped too much by it?  A little is ok I suppose, but...

Is there a way to bounce back and unstress quickly?  Surely someone, or many ones, on this board must be doing the same thing.

And! without losing your ability to appreciate and feel expression?

How do you push yourself without "feeling" efficient and demanding of yourself all the time?

Now would be the opportune moment to swear, but I won't do it on the forum.
