Title: How to overcome frustration/stress?

I can see no way to "win" in this situation.  There's too much work to do.

Which means I should just accept lesser work quality I suppose.  I don't like that idea though.

It seems like whatever I do time-wise, whether it's spending all my time on it or spending a little time on it, that that's not enough.  There's always something wrong with it.  And I don't enjoy working on this stuff.
