Umm... WHEN i do get a chance to get my fat bum off the piano stool and exercise.. I pop in my discman some classical music..perhaps a symphony, a concerto, a solo. It's not exactly adrenaline pumping music when you're not the performer, but any of you listen to this while exercising and most others jamming on R&B and Rap and whatever??? of course you use the headphones...not blurt it out in the gym room or track...

Listening to music while exercise helps the time fly and makes the workout seem less tedius. I tend to exercise while listening to music, rather than listen to music while exercising.

classical music is bril to listen to at any time- yeah i like listening to it when i'm walking to the station to uni in the mornings. i'll sit at my desk just listening to it- great time waster i must say, but hey i'm listening to good music and i'm sure it's highly beneficial to do so. also good to study to, provided it's more classical and baroque, helps you focus more
