Hi, i don't know if this is the right forum for rock n roll, but i want to know if anyone has any tips on learning the style of Jerry Lee Lewis's and Little Richard's piano playing.

There's a terrific book called Improvising Rock Piano by Jeffrey Gutcheon. It's out of print, but you may be able to find a used copy. He has a chapter on Jerry Lee Lewis.

According to Gutcheon, the basic rhythm is "triple feel" boogie-woogie in the left hand. It's a dotted-triplet rhythm with chords repeated on 1 and 3.

To rock this correctly, accent all the base notes equally and strongly. It's harder for the hand, but right for the rhythm.

And lots more great stuff like that.
