Hey guys, I'm new to this forum and probably going to stay because I have so many questions because I haven't had professional help. Currently I'm learning a piece, Passion by Kyle Landry and there are a lot of arpeggios. Some are slow, and some are fast and I was wondering if I just hold my sustain until the end of the arpeggio? Or should I let it go sometime in the middle?

I suggest you read 2 books you may download free in pianostreet.com:
"Guide to the proper use of the pianoforte pedals", by Alexander Nikitich Bukhovtsev, based on Anton Rubinstein technique
"Possibilities of tone color by artistic use of pedals", by Teresa Carreno.
Take a look. The first book has only 44 pages, the other 32. They are very good. Then, you`ll be able to decide not only this specific case but all future cases.
Best regards
Rui
