Title: Practice per day
Post by: faa2010 on December 22, 2009, 02:53:23 PM
How many hours do I need per day to practice? Or is it okay to practice not all the days of the week?

Also you are free to give me an intinerary you can recommend for that period of practice.

Okay - have a look at my signature - tells you of the programme I'm doing...

I'm currently doing between 6 - 7 hours each working week-day.

It depends on what grade your at, what goals you wish to achieve, your ability to stay concentrated on the music etc...

Last year when i was learning to play on the keyboard just for fun my teacher said i should practice half an hour a day. But this year in october i started  learning to play the real piano (more seriously with exams at the end of the year) and now i practice one hour every day. But i think i will practice even more when i get a piano :)  :P (now i still have only a keyboard at home i just play the piano at school).
