Title: Obscure composition: does anyone know who composed it?

Or even what it is called?

(It may have just been made for the purposes of marketing the video, but I really like it!)

I bet the last. It's not classical as it has dissonant intervals. It is not modern as it is boring and shallow.

At the end of the video it says "Music courtesy of Phillip Miller and Sontonga Quartett"

THANKS!
