Title: Rachmaninoff: Piano Concerto No. 2 Mvt 3, arr Solo Piano

HI EVERYONE. This is Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 2 arranged for Solo Piano by Carl Deis. It's shorter and a little bit different (cuts out a pretty big portion). Please tell me what you think of it as a condensed version. Criticism is welcome (but don't be mean please...). Thanks for listening and enjoy :)

Well... that was interesting. I didn't know there was a condensed version like this.

Okay without being me... There are a lot of times where your playing gets sloppy and usually during the faster moments (like the end passage)...

Yes - playing an arrangement of a movement from a rachmaninoff concerto might win you brownie points for ambition, but it won't win over the staff if it's played very rushed. Take your time and enjoy some of those moments without pushing it to the tempo where it's unclear and whizzed through.

That's my main concern in this piece.

TOTALLY agreed. tempo really gets out of hand and kind of sloppy (in the beginning especially). good thing it's just for myself :P
