Beautifully played and technically secure and it's got a nice flow to it.  I'm dabbling with this piece at the moment and would be very happy if I could play like you.

Good luck with it, it's not the easiest piece, but you don't have to play it that fast, listen to some performances, especially Lazar Berman who plays it beautifully and in a moderate tempo.

Also listen (as I'm sure you do) to vocal performances to get inspiration. Here are great ones:

Hi ariel,

You play this Schubert-Liszt version of Schubert's "Ave Maria" very well, especially voicing the melodic lines.  I think it's well suited to you as Liszt introduced some complexities that are more challenging than the original.  You take it all in stride though. 

There is another "Ave Maria" by Charles Gounod who mostly wrote operas.  I'm surprised that Liszt didn't take that piece on too.

Thank you so much! I really appreciate your listening to many of my recordings and commenting. I will do the same, I just need some time to get Scriabin into my system:)
I am glad you liked it, and I can tell you it's been a very hard struggle with this piece to make it sound  "easy" if that's what you meant.
I know the other Ave Maria, do you know of a good piano arrangement of it?

First, here is a YouTube performance of the Gounod piece arranged for piano, evidently by Liszt and played by Valentina Lisitsa.  Link:

I looked in the IMSLP under Schubert and Liszt, but couldn't find a solo piano transcription by either composer.  I had limited time, so you might want to check there as well.  However, if no luck in the poster's commentary for the Lisitsa video, he gives a link for ordering the piano score.  I don't know the price though.

The link you posted is the Gounod Ave Maria, not the Schubert one.

There is a little confusion here. The link David posted is not the Gounod but the Schubert-Liszt, the same one I played.
After what you wrote, David, I searched imslp and found a piano version for the Bach Gounod:

Hi ariel,

I didn't know it was the Bach-Gounod, thinking Liszt had also transcribed that one.  Sorry for the confusion.  Anyway, you were able to find the Bach-Gounod score which is good (and free too!).
