In Claudio Arrau's recording of the 3rd ballade, when the right hand plays C E/flat D/flat C with chords, and the left hand is playing octave(after the intro and the double octave e flats in left hand on the first page) , he plays it super slow?
WHY?

Presumably because he liked it that way. Is there a point to your question?
