Title: Jazz piano site reccommendations

Hi- I was wondering if anyone out there has any good jazz piano site reccommendations. I love jazz, but have a very limited theory background, and I'm looking for sites that gear more towards teaching jazz. Anything you have to offer would be great, thanks!

 Here are a couple of links that i found useful,

 The 'Art of Improvisation' series. There are five sections, all in pdf format, covering beginners to more advanced. They vary in size from about 300Kb to about 1.3Mb.

 Over at the Jamey Aebersold site you can download a free handbook, but you have to download each article separately (unless you order a hard copy)

The Jamey Aebersold stuff is pretty good for the recordings you can improvise along with.

I also like The Jazz Piano Book (https://www.shermusic.com/jazzpno.htm) by Mark Levine.

Yes, both the "Jazz Piano Book" and the "Jazz Theory Book" by Mark Levine are excellent texts.

I also really like this site for bass player Lucas Pickford:

His site has loads of transcribed solos that you can check out, and it also has some lead sheets for tunes that you won't find in fake books.

And speaking of fake books, I find this site very handy:

It's an archive of just about every fake book ever published, including the Aebersold play-along series. If you're looking for a tune, this will tell you exactly where to find it. Myself, I own a ton of fake books, and rather than taking the time to manually search through all my books when looking for a tune, you can just search here.
