Title: Piano Street Statuses

I've never really understood it.  Can someone explain to me how all the stars and the jr. member and sr. member things on your profile work on piano street?

Gold stars are paying members. Silver are non-paying. Jr./Sr. is just number of posts. I think it's 300 to be Sr.

Thanks.  One more question, how come people have different numbers of stars?
