Title: How to reduce mistakes to a minimum?
Post by: invisiblez on March 03, 2014, 11:14:42 PM
I practice a lot and I still seem to make mistakes quite often, even in easy pieces. Its not that I miss them consistently, my mistakes are kinda random, they pop up everywhere. What can I do?

1. Practice hands separately, legato, at a tempo slow enough to play 100% accurately in each hand, with correct rhythm.
2. Then join the hands and play legato and slowky enough to play 100% accurately in each hand.
3. If 1. & 2. were accomplished, choose a slightly faster tempo and return to step 1.
