Title: gnomenreigen speed
Post by: classicalnhiphop on August 21, 2014, 03:19:44 AM
I've been playing this piece for a while, and I know speed isn't everything.  Still, I'd like to get it up a little more for this one.  Sorry I don't have a recording of my playing... but I'm mainly talking about the portions of the piece with the repeated left chords.  Thanks in Advance.

A video would be more helpful than audio. What's your RH fingering on the 16ths?

this was recorded today, a little bit rusty, but this is my max speed i can PLAY, i probably would have to do it slightly slower if i were performing, tell me what u think!
Thank You!

I hit lots of speed ceilings, I think yours is higher!
I just try to play the fastest tempo at which I can keep it under control. If I play at 75% speed of my favorite recordings I'm usually happy. This doesn't sound like it needs speeding up.
