Simple question.
Is there a good publisher that can sell me the complete solo piano works of Scriabin? Peters seems to have a good range but I don't think it's quite complete and I'm a crazy completionist.

The cheap option is the Dover editions (althought not complete they cover much of his piano works).
I don't know if Könemann ever finished theirs, don't seem to be available anywhere?
There seems to be a Chinese edition as well, but no idea about the quality.

Thanks outin, I may just go with the peters as they're solid and they pretty much everything that interests me anyway. May just fill in any blanks from IMSLP.

Dover publish three volumes which contain:
All the preludes and études (I own this and can recommend)
All the sonatas (also published individually by Henle Verlag, also in a few expensive volumes by Bärenreiter)
All the other misc. pieces for piano

I just checked the 3rd and it says the 3 volumes contain "all of S's solo piano music with op. numbers (plus 2 posthumpously published works"). It doesn't clearly state whether there's more without op. numbers that's not included?
But anyway, these 3 books are well worth the little they cost.

I looked at some of the reviews... Some say there are many errors, especially in the 3rd misc book... I'm leaning towards peters atm but if anyone else knows of some great obscure edition... please come forward.

There are (almost) always "errors" in editions. Some are misprints but some are different interpretations of unclear manuscripts. I've found many in my Peters books as well. Waste of time trying to find perfection...
This isn't that relevant when just sight reading or going through pieces to see what to play and what not (which most people use such books as the Dover for). After one decides to do deeper study one can purchase an urtext edition of the piece with good editorial markings and cross reference to other editions in IMSLP.

i'd just start buying works up from a list of complete works , not sure why it has to all be from same publisher, i like the konemann volumes if you can find them. also i really like the imc volumes i have, in particular for the Fantasy and polonaise. Henle puts out a few good ones too.
i then have an mca copy (too bad they're now defunct too) of the complete sonatas, so bit by bit i just piece it together, way either than sweating trying to find them all by the same kids.

Fair enough, I'm just very obsessive about my scores. I have the soul of a German, everything must be NEAT UND TIDY!

I own the Dover Prelude and Etudes edition too. The only downside is that there are no fingering suggestions...which seems a little strange especially for etudes.
