Title: Granados Spanish Dance 5
Post by: abel2 on September 14, 2015, 11:09:34 PM
Does anyone know this piece. I'm thinking about doing it for solo/ensemble. It's class A and looks pretty fun. Any advice; ie. is it overplayed, challenges, laughably easy/hard? Recommended Tempi? Any advice would be appreciated.

The grading for this piece varies between grade 6 and grade 9 depending on what syllabus you are looking at. The site at www.pianosyllabus.com (https://www.pianosyllabus.com) puts it at grade 7.

I know this piece.  It is often played on guitar.  I like it.  I also like Granados "Oriental."

Best wishes,

Richard
