Title: Need help obtaining liebermann music score

Hello. First of all I hope I'm not breaking any rules for posting this.

I'm looking for a way to buy a digital version of liebermann.s nocturne 5, because I want to play it in my piano mid term which is 3 weeks from now on.
No one in my university played anything from him, and there aren't scores in the library.

On various websites I've only found the hardcover version and shipping will take too much time (I live in eastern Europe).

Does anyone know where I could buy it?
Or if you have it, would it be legal to scan it?
Should I ask the composer or would it be rude?
