Couldn't find the score, any help here?

Seems that it's PD in Canada, but idk for sure.

It would need to be obtained via working with and gaining permission from the Estonian Music and Theater Museum as it is a manuscript only work . So following permission processes /petitioning the archive and application for use channels would be in

Following info would be referenced when reaching out to them , you might need an interpreter if English is a barrier but this is not as uncommon As some might think at first glance , many will have at least a working knowledge of fluency if they routinely work with an international network
