Title: Age of George P. Bent Crown Upright, Serial Number 11682

I hope someone can help me.  I looked in the Bluebook, and the first serial number they had was 15000 starting in 1920, and the serial numbers went in ascending order from there.  I might have missed something, but can someone please help?  Thank you.
