Can you say good sources to learn composition theory?

I think you'll get better answers if you ask a more detailed question. Otherwise, I'll recommend some textbooks on music theory, somebody else will tell you about how they learned orchestration, and a couple of folks will tell you to just go improvise.

As it is, nobody can really tell from your question what you know already or what exactly you want to learn. I'm not trying to be rude or anything. Folks here will often give very helpful answers to specific questions.

Schoenberg's "Theory of harmony" is known to be a seminal work.
