Any advice/suggestions on the fingering for the middle treble clef line? I can't find one that feels decent and isn't going to crumble up to speed(if I can even get it up to speed that is.)

@OP To my eye it's implied by the notation in the middle line that the notes with stems pointing up are taken by the right hand, and stems pointing down are taken with the left hand. That might make fingering easier if you did not already take that into account.
