Next hard matchup is probably going to be match 17 (2-1), and only because people don't seem to vote for long pieces as much. TBH Ballade no. 1 should have gotten a unanimous victory against Winter Wind and should against the Hamelin Cadenza as well, but I'm doubtful that that will happen.
On this topic, I personally feel like, with the elimination of Scarbo, the two hardest pieces remaining are the Schumann Toccata and Galop Chromatique. Feux Follets and Petrushka mvt. 3 both stand a chance at winning imo, but one of them is going out in the next round. The only other absurdly hard pieces are Islamey, Petrushka mvt. 2, and Mazeppa. The former two will most likely be in a matchup next round, and Mazeppa will have to go through the Galop to get to the semifinals.
My money is on the Toccata, but Galop Chromatique could absolutely pull through in the semis and win the whole thing.
TL;DR Scarbo's elimination shook up my bracket, and now it's between Grand Galop Chromatique and Toccata op. 7, with nothing else on the left side of the bracket able to challenge.
