You can't be taught beginning piano in an online forum - - you need to find a piano teacher. In person is best. Do a google search for your area.

There are plenty of lists online for pieces with difficulty levels next to them. You can get the score through IMSLP, I recommend starting off with Bach's Minuet in G major from Anna's notebook.

Or... you could get this book, which is a comprehensive step by step guide for the self-teaching beginniner.
Takes you through the first stages and navigates to intermediate repertoire - and beyond.

Go try some new tech like PianoVision which has 1200 pieces all with fingerings and graded from early beginner onwards, it can show you the notes to play in different ways and also all have sheet music to read. It also has chords and scales, and will be upgraded soon with hundreds of piano exercises and other cool features. I heard there's a new cheaper Quest headset coming out in October too.

Does it show a beginner new to the piano how to sit, move their hands and arms, or any of the basic technical things we need to learn to do in the beginning? I'm not familiar with it.

It does. Trying to compare a self learning tool to a private human teacher however is illogical, it costs under $10 USD, see what you get for a real teacher for that price,

I imagine that if you are recommending it, that you have experience with it yourself - maybe a student since you already play the piano. Observations or feedback from the student?
I don't think not working with a teacher, or in what capacity, has been discussed yet. (?) Though maybe it can be assumed.

Self learning is implied in the op otherwise why would they ask for advice, if it was not about self learning they should should just go straight to a teacher. In any case my point remains, see what teaching you can get from a teacher for $10, the app certainly blows that value right out of the water and some.
I'm not sure if me giving 2nd hand accounts of how useful it is means much. I have used it in some of my lessons and it has gamified the learning experience for many students which has been a refreshing change up to their traditional training regieme and in fact increased piano practice time for many of them.
