does anyone here collect composer autographs?
on: May 31, 2012, 10:20:35 PM
just wondering if anyone here has anything super cool in thier collection if they have one, like a singed letter by one of the greats or something,

i.e. silimialr to this letter by kabalevksy stating he could not attend some function/stravinsky performance...

i don't have the kind of money these things sometimes go for, my only hope is to have a gem fall out of a vintage book or something i pick up at a yard/garage sale or used book store....

I can sign something for you - I promise to then involve my self with music for the remainder of my life in an endevour for my compositions to one day give my sig value, likely not before 2150 though - you can pass it down to your children.

Will make it easier (and more valuable) if you also become famous (or infamous if you find that easier).
