I don't believe it's written down anywhere (unless someone has done a private version). I have pretty much all of Cziffra's written transcriptions, which are available from Edition Peters (2 volumes). This, sadly, isn't amongst them.

It doesn't actually seem to me so fantastically different from the original. You could probably work it iout yourself with the score and a couple hours in front of YT.
