Beautiful ! I do hope that fireplace is not operational though and even if it's an insert gas fired glass front type fireplace, the piano is too close. Just a heads up.
Depressing the pedal on an out of tune acoustic piano and playing does not result in tonal color control or add interest, it's called obnoxious.

Thanks!  No worries about the fireplace; we've never used it in 12 years and we definitely won't be starting now!
