Confuse of Scarlatti's fingering

My first time to try to play Scarlatti. But I'm confused of those fingering.

Am I have to link those notes up?
I know baroque stuff is not necessary to be so legato.
But I feel a bit weird if I don't link them up.

In Scarlatti I'd play the longer notes staccato/portato and the shorter notes legato (the 16th or 8th notes in this piece). When there are 2 voices like in the right hand I try to play the upper voice legato and let go of the lower voice when needed (I have small hands).

How about bar 28-29 on left hand? Am I suitable to separate all the "first" note?

I don't think you need to separate all the first notes, it's only an octave or less? But obviously you cannot tie the C and FIS unless you use pedal briefly. If you want to play without, try playing D-C legato and then just let go from C. It should sound fine as long as the pulse is steady and accents correct.

I use 2nd finger to play the F# because I think 1st finger is weird.
But then I can't link up all those notes.

Oops, I had a very small display:)

So there really are only manageable intervals. Just use the thumb on FIS, that's what I would do.
