recording from an organ

hello, i  was wondering how to record my playing on organ as mp3 file on PC
could anyone guide me to the suitable way which allows to have nice recording and high sound quality?!

I use an IRiver H340 and a Sony stereo condenser microphone.  It records MP3s to its internal hard disk and then you can transfer them to your PC at your leisure.

There are also professional hard disk recorders but they are expensive.

If you're organ has line out, you can go directly to a AD converter and record to you computer. 

You can use Audacity for recording and editing.  It's free.
