Help please :-/
I would like to find out more about the Sonatina and other competitions for my children (ages 6 & 8 ). Are there any websites which anyone can suggest for this? I live in Dallas, and I am searching for info with regards to competition schedules/guidelines/enrolling, etc. Thanks!

I believe the "sonatina competition" has changed name and can be found here:

Is that what you were looking for?

Thanks, but I was looking for Dallas specific info. Also, this competition looks serious - I want more of an 'intro to piano recitals' type event, as my kids are new & young. I was informed by a friend that the sonatina recital is just a short piece which you play in front of 'judges', but there is no first place rating. Everyone receives feedback regarding his/her performance - constructive critisizm. Thanks anyhow!

We're looking for a rather serious competition for an 8-year-old in New Hampshire. We checked the Boston BSO and New Hampshire area with no avail.
We're considering the Juliard School's program but NYC is really far, any suggestions are welcome.
