Theme from a Summer Place - Percy Faith (Piano Accompaniment)

Hi folks... I'm looking for the sheet music for Percy Faith's arrangement of Theme from a Summer Place a la:



Dinking around on the piano, this version seems to be in F Major but I can't quite make out all the cords.  The accompaniment is mainly what I'm ever but would go for a version with the melody in there as well... I really like this version of the song.
