Modern works: looking for something similar to this.
on: February 24, 2008, 12:27:28 AM
For those unaware, a gentleman named Matthew Giacomazzo has done some piano work for various projects in the past; his website can be found at www.soundvessel.com.

(No, I'm not advertising.)

What I'm looking for is some piece suggestions. Unfortunately, Matt hasn't got sheet music available just yet, and I'm hooked on his Ebm pentatonic theme (which can be found on this page as a direct .mp3 link).

So, my question/request: do you know of any pieces that have sheet music available and have a similar impact as this one does? It's a remarkably powerful piece, especially around 3:50 - 4:10 or so, and I'd love to have something similar in my own repertoire.
