overcome NERVOUSNESS

:'(i going to a piano competition tomorrow but i still feel a bit nervous playing in front of people and that will affect my playing .what is best way to do or to think before and during the performance that will make me relase and calm when im performing?
please help me

heres one that worked for me:

Think that everyone is crap and you are the best.  No exceptions.  You're more experienced than the judges, just pretend all the other peple are musical-dimwits and know nothing about music.  Think that they treat you as their god.  Then go do your stuff =]

   thanks again.it works for me,too .i wasn't nervous  at all while playing the pieces and it makes  me feel confidence .
