Piano book suggestion

Hi, i was wondering if you all might be able to help me out a bit.  I am looking for a piano book that can teach both Jazz and blues scale, chording, fingering, technique, and more.  If you could give me a suggestion I would appreciate it.  thanks so much for you time. ;D

You might try Jazz Hanon by Leo Alfassy.  Published by Amsco.
