The Quiet Revolutionary of the Piano – Fauré’s Complete Piano Works Now on Piano Street

In the pantheon of French music, Gabriel Fauré (1845–1924) often seems a paradox—an innovator cloaked in restraint, a Romantic by birth who shaped the contours of modern French music with quiet insistence. Piano Street now provides sheet music for his complete piano works: a body of music that resists spectacle, even as it brims with invention and brilliance. Read more

Humans are emotional, not pieces of music.

Could you upload the sheets for the bordiewicz again? It expired or went over its limit or something. You were right. I've never heard this concerto before, but it's absolutely gorgeous. I absolutely fell for the last movement! I'd love to learn this!

I love the Atterberg Piano Concerto - very much in the style of Rachmaninoff.  Also, the Prokofiev's, Brahms's, and Shostakovich No. 2.

If you like modern music, I like the Peter Maxwell Davies Piano Concerto too.  It is available for download on his website.
